TagsMe™ is an application development platform for portable devices (principally PDAs and mobile telephones), based in XML, with a simple and intuitive syntax. One of the main advantages is that it isn't necessary to develop a different application for each existing manufacturer's model, allowing applications to be developed rapidly, easily, and consistently for most devices that uses Java MIDP 2.0, using a syntax similar to HTML, and without having to know how to program.
Each XML tag along with its resources (images, sounds, videos, et cetera) defines a screen, the conjunction of which define the application. The resources as well as XML can be housed in the device or the internet, being able to house in one or the other at the same time depending on the project requirements.
TagsMe™ is based on inheritable components so that to create new components with specialized behaviours in required cases becomes child's play thanks to a strongly hierarchal API in Java, if the programming of application development is required.
TagsMe™ is 100% functional with touch screen devices, and possesses a cache of images and objects of its own, so that the memory consumption of the application is never a worry. It also permits visualizing the changes introduced into the XML development environment in real time, so that it is not necessary to construct the application every time we wish to modify something.

TagsMe™ allows you to animate all screen elements such as images, buttons, originals, or text. |

With TagsMe™ static zones of text can be created as well as wider text zones that need to scroll. The font can also be modified using one of your own based in bitmaps or using the mobile's own typography, also allowing various sizes and endless colours. |
 | Splash Screens
The loading screens or splash screens permit loading processes to be hidden, showing a personalized screen for the duration of time that you indicate. They can also be used to show advertising, et cetera... |
 | Images
TagsMe™ is a product with the development of multimedia applications in mind, and so permits the loading of images in various formats. It supports graphic formats with colour palette, like gif or png 8b, or true colour formats like jpg or png 24b, that allow us to use perfect transparencies. |
 | Action Buttons
The creation of buttons in TagsMe™ is so easy that we can make rollover effects simply using images and superpositions. Among TagsMe™ characteristics is the property to be able to change in real time the properties of screen elements, so that we are able to change labels, images, or colours, making our application more attractive. |
 | Maps
Among the many properties that TagsMe™ offers is the possibility to create interactive maps easily and quickly, loading images in real time from the internet or stored in the telephone, and permitting their movement from one side of the screen to the other. We can also place collision detectors that permit us to launch graphics and pages, abling us to create navigation structures as complex as we need them to be. Once we have localized our objective on the map, we can make a call immediately using the Call function, which permits the user to make contact with the destination. We can house these maps on internet if we wish. |
 | Detachable Menu
TagsMe™ makes use of a simple component that easily and quickly permits the creation of a detachable menu as in the system proper, but in a totally configurable way. This type of menu is practically indispensable in applications that permit the user to show or hide options permitting the selection of multiple possibilities. |
 | Original Drawings
TagsMe™ permits the drawing through XML labels original graphics that can be of use for multiple developments. Amongst other things, we can draw circles, rectangles, arcs, sectors, lines, squares, elipses, points...We can realize filled in figures or simply draw out lines. |
 | Sound
TagsMe™ permits the reproduction of diverse audio formats in terms of the compression and quality needs of our application. Among the formats supported we have the already extended mp3. Other supported formats include wav and midi, the last being ideal for applications that need to take up only a small amount of space. |
 | Languages
TagsMe™ is developed with the design of multilingual applications in mind. We can create language selection menus and in an instant our application will show the texts in the language selected. |
 | Connections
TagsMe™ allows to create applications where all the resources are stored on internet, in the same way that your web browser works. The possibilities are huge, it's easy to create applications where the users share information. TagsMe™ also allows to make phone calls. |
